The Company’s Quality Policy focuses on the following:

  • Each employee is responsible for the quality of his own work.

  • All employees are fully informed about its Quality Management System Company and are required to contribute to its implementation.

  • They fully satisfy the requirements of the relevant Legislation, regarding its operation Company.

  • The Company’s Quality Policy is reviewed at periodic intervals during the year Management Review Meeting or whenever deemed necessary.

  • The Company’s Management has appointed a Quality Management Officer (QMO), who has jurisdiction and organizational independence to ensure that the Management System Quality operates and is maintained according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

To ensure the stable mode of operation and the high quality of the provided services, the Company has designed and implements operating procedures that ensure:

  • The measurement and satisfaction of the customer’s requirements, as agreed.

  • Control of all incoming materials.

  • Continuous staff training.

  • The internal operation control of all statutory procedures.

  • Monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

  • The continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

  • The continuous support of the managerial staff for the exercise of their duties.

  • The achievement of the Quality objectives, which are set each time by the Management, through the systematic monitoring the corresponding indicators and taking the necessary corrective measures actions.

  • The Company’s Quality Policy is reviewed at periodic intervals during the year Management Review Meeting or whenever deemed necessary.
